cross-promotion campaign
On behalf of the public broadcasting company, HollandCentraal developed a now famous campaign which visualises the relationship between Nederland 1, 2, 3 and Nederland 24 in one fell swoop. Nederland 24 is the umbrella ‘brand name’ of the twelve digital public broadcasting company theme channels. Various research results show that this approach has worked: the public recognises Nederland 24 not just as the umbrella ‘brand’ for the various theme channels, but its brand familiarity has increased from 25% to 42%. Website hits are up as much as 160% thanks to the campaign.
The relationship between the four channels is made powerfully clear simply by adding up the logos of Nederland 1, 2 and 3 to reach Nederland 24.
